The men’s hike is a opportunity for the men of GCBC to get out and spend time together. It is a chance to have fellowship and to hear teaching from the Word of God from GCBC elder, Suresh David, on the topic of “family worship”. This will be valuable teaching for men who have families, as well as a chance for men who do not yet have families to learn how they might be able to lead and shepherd their future family.
The hike will start at 10:30 and will include a BYO barbecue lunch. Men are encouraged to bring their sons on the hike and there will be some child minding for younger boys during the teaching time.
